Operational Management: Ensure a safe, functional, and customer ‑ friendly environment for patrons, staff, and County assets. Traffic Control: Maximize vehicle throughput, minimize congestion, and maintain a predictable user experience. Revenue Control: Ensure transparency, accuracy, and integrity in all revenue ‑ collection processes. Facility and Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support: Maintain and support all facility systems and equipment to extend asset life and reduce long ‑ term capital costs. Security Services (optional): Provide security measures that protect patrons, staff, equipment, and County property. Compliance and Reporting: Meet all regulatory, contractual, and County reporting requirements, including timely submission of operational and financial reports. Marketing Plan: Promote County-Corporate partnerships to support revenue ‑ generating opportunities to offset cost where possible.
