    Proposals are being requested from qualified engineering consultants to furnish structural analysis, assessment, recommendation and design services for the City of Casper Downtown Parking Garage (230 South Wolcott Street) and Casper Business Center Parking Garage (123 West 1st Street). The intent of this project is to analyze the existing condition of the structure (structural members, reinforcement, concrete, surfaces, and facades) that will improve and increase the usability and longevity of the parking garages.
