Proposed Parking Lot Pavement Improvements, 451 Elm Street, North Attleborough. The Work generally consists of pavement improvements, parking lot striping, limited drainage work and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and Plans are in the IFB Document attached. Additional drawings or specifications of details of Work to be performed may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. Bid Documents, Plans and Addenda will only be available on the eProcurement Portal. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for as a lump sum bid and shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
