A Prevailing Wage determination has been requested from the PA Department of Labor and Industry and Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project.Bid packages including specifications, scope of services and bid documents may be obtained at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities).Proposals will be received electronically via PennBid until 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at the regularly scheduled Township Supervisor’s meeting at 6:30 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Bids may be held by Paupack Township for a period not to exceed five (5) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Paupack Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance & payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award.Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid no later than Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
