    Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits Consultants to provide professional services to the City of Sacramento (City) for pavement condition data collection and updating of the City’s Pavement Management Application (PMA). The PMA update will include data entry of field survey results into the City’s StreetSaver® PMA database. To maintain an adequate transportation infrastructure, the City of Sacramento typically performs yearly pavement condition data collection on ½ of City arterials, and ¼ of the rest of the road network. This amounts to approximately 630 survey miles each year. The last data collection occurred in 2025 and is currently loaded in the PMA database.
