    Description

    The City is seeking consultant services to (1) update the City’s Pavement Management Plan (PMP) using a defensible, repeatable, and traceable methodology; (2) produce a prioritized 5-year CIP and 10-year funding scenarios that optimize return on investment (ROI) and clearly communicate consequences of deferred maintenance; and (3) deliver implementable tools and datasets (MicroPAVER, ArcGIS Pro GIS database, and a hosted public-facing PCI web map) to support ongoing program administration. The full scope of services described in this RFP encompasses Tasks 1 through 17. All Proposers are required to submit technical responses and cost proposals for all tasks. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on City Council direction and budget availability, to authorize any, all, none, or a subset of the tasks described herein — either at the time of contract award or at any point during the contract term through written task authorization or amendment.
