G-6 TOTAL : ADD Alternate No. GC-6: TOTAL: UNIT Pricing Unit Price 1 : N/A Click THIS LINK for Dropbox to Plans and Specifications Scope of Bid Restoration of the Coindre Hall Boathouse (+/- 5,000 SF) is in three phases: the first phase is the stabilization of the existing concrete foundation which will include the installation of micro piles and the placement of new reinforced concrete foundation walls and slabs. The second phase is a complete façade restoration which will include but is not limited to: replacement of brick/ terra cotta units, repointing masonry units, new stucco surfaces, and roof replacement. Work to include interior stucco removal, dry out period and installation of new stucco. The third phase is replacement of all window and door assemblies to match existing shape and profile in addition to fabrication of steel stairs to access various areas. Schedule It is intended that the work under this Contract be completed substantially within 910 calendar days after issuance of the formal Notice to Proceed.
