At 3:00 PM, that same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in a hybrid (online & in-person) meeting in the East Conference Room of Park City, City Hall located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060. Email Dawn Wagner at dawn.wagner@parkcity.gov for the online meeting link.Bid Documents will be available on Monday April 6, 2026, and may be obtained on U3P. A Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. All questions concerning this project must be submitted in writing to U3P by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Please read the Questions Section available through U3P before submitting a question because your question may have already been addressed. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. PCMC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the bids when deemed in the best interest of PCMC.
