    The City of Mercer Island (“City”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to develop a Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities (PBF) Plan. The awarded firm will have extensive experience analyzing traffic data, engaging with the public, identifying projects and strategies that will increase the safety of various road users, and communicating findings to local government staff and elected officials. Additionally, the awarded firm shall be licensed and lawfully engaged in providing engineering services in the State of Washington pursuant to RCW 39.80.020.
