General work description:
The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for “Pedestrian Crosswalk-Eastridge Transit Center” (Project).
For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide pedestrian crosswalk at Eastridge Transit Center.
The Work will be conducted within an operating rail yard and adjacent to and within existing shop facilities. This Work will be subject to restrictions to ensure safety and the continuing operations of the yard and shop and the light rail system.
