    Pen Argyl Borough (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Removal, Contract No. 26-01. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available online at PennBid - www.PennBid.net. Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received until Friday, March 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time.The Work will include but is not limited to, the following:Transportation and disposal of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the daily production of dewatered sewage sludge (“Biosolids”) from the Pen Argyl Wastewater Treatment Plant.Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of at least ten (10%) percent of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price in the form of a certified check. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at the Pen Argyl Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 249 South Main Street, Pen Argyl, PA 18072. The professional consultant responsible for the project is Colliers Engineering & Design.
