PES Pipe & Well Renew System Cleaning Chemicals

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with to Progressive Environmental Services LLC for the provision of chemical products Pipe & Well Renew and services designed to clean leachate and landfill gas (LFG) condensate system.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Progressive Environmental Services LLC to sell these products/services to the County.

Background

Per correspondence from Progressive Environmental Services LLC dated June 10th, 2026, Progressive Environmental Services LLC is the sole source supplier for all our Pipe & Well Renew products and is the sole source service contractor for performing the cleaning of the leachate and LFG systems.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the Pipe & Well Renew products and services designed to clean leachate and landfill gas (LFG) condensate system described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.
