There will be occasional times where additional service visits are requested. Should this occur, a visit is required within the following two business days. A monthly service, at a minimum, consists of supplying and replacing multiple glue traps per location; supplying and replacing all Vector Fly Light Trap glue boards, parts, and necessary bulbs; a thorough location inspection for possible infestations, and if found, treated and remediated immediately; and a verbal check-in with the cafeteria staff regarding any action(s) taken during the visit. Service Visits are expected to take place during each location’s operating dates and hours. Notices of Visit completion, including a written recap of any services rendered, will need to be emailed to the Nutrition Service department within three business days of a completed service visit.The estimated expenditure for School Year 2026-2027 for Pest Control and Elimination Services nineteen thousand five hundred dollars ($19,500.00). The Val Verde Unified School District reserves the right to purchase more or less than the estimated expenditure.
