The PFP was originally constructed and permitted in 1962. It was later updated by the City in 1996 with a current capacity of up to 4 million gallons per day (MGD) to support the City’s potable water demands.The PFP Panels Replacement and Control Upgrades (Project) proposes to demolish and replace an existing indoor programmable logic controller (PLC), an indoor Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) Panel, and an indoor Automatic Backwash (ABW) Filter Panel, at the existing PFP, along with its associated equipment for replacement with a new consolidated panel(s) and upgraded controls.
