    Cold Spring Construction Co. intends to bid on New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, D006636 Phase 1a (Terrace Park) High Falls State Park, which will be let on August 5, 2026. PLA projects require a Project Labor Agreement List of Subcontractors (Sub List) completed by the Prime and Project Labor Agreement - Letter of Assent to be completed by both the Prime and Subcontractor. All PLA related documents should be included in a separate attachment in accordance with the Supplemental Instructions to Proposers – Project Labor Agreement. Failure to submit these forms correctly will result in a disqualification of the bid. All bids submissions must include: Contractor’s List of Subcontractors (PLA) and Subcontractor’s Letter of Assent.
