The agreement(s) obligates Phoenixville Borough to certain compliance requirements. If said compliance requirements are not followed, funding for the project will be at risk. All bidders must be qualified to perform the work and shall complete the required Bidder Forms contained in the contract documents.Bidder’s attention is directed to the Technical Specifications Section of the bid package, which contains the MTF Reimbursement Agreements, Chester County Department of Community Development agreement and related Additional Special Provisions as an attachment. These documents outline the specific requirements of the MTF program and Chester County Landscapes 21st Century Fund, Community Revitalization Program.
