Pike is looking to work with Subcontractors and Suppliers to provide a Commercially Useful Function for the following Scopes of Work: Cast-In-Place Concrete Subcontractors Gypcrete / Underlayment Subcontractors, Masonry Subcontractors, Structural Steel Subcontractors, Framing Turnkey Subcontractors, Architectural Woodwork, Cabinetry and Trim – Suppliers, Architectural Woodwork, Cabinetry and Trim – Installers, Balcony Railings, Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) / Stucco, Vinyl and Fiber-Cement Siding, Membrane / Flat Roofing, Applied Fireproofing, Joint Sealants / Caulking, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Entrances, Storefronts, and Curtainwall, Drywall-Metal Studs-Acoustic Ceilings, Tile Subcontractors, Resilient & Carpet Flooring, Painting Subcontractors, Toilet and Bath Accessories, Residential Appliances, Foodservice Equipment, Window Treatments, Residential Cabinets, Countertops, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAV, Electrical, Sitework Planting & Landscaping Pike will be hosting a pre-bid virtual meet & greet to be announced through iSqFt.
