Scopes of Work include but are not limited to: • Mass Demolition, Abatement, Concrete, Masonry, Rigging, Structural & Metal Fabrication, Rough Carpentry Supply, Wood Framing, Architectural Woodwork, Cabinetry & Trim – Supply & Install, Damp & Water Proofing, Thermal & Spray Insulation, Shingle Roofing, Gutters & Downspouts, Firestopping , Joint Sealants / Caulking, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Entrance, Storefronts & Curtainwall, Vinyl Windows, Drywall-Metal Studs-Acoustic Ceilings, Tile, Resilient & Carpet Flooring, Painting, Interior Signs, Toilet and Bat Accessories, Residential Appliances, Window Treatments, Cabinets & Countertops, Elevators, Fire Protection, MEP’s, Playground Equipment, Sitework, paving, Dumpsters, Waste Management & Recycling • There will be an onsite pre-bid walk through for interested Abatement/demolition & sitework contractors held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 9am-11am. We will have access to All twelve houses (five of the houses are currently occupied and two are structurally unsound). Please bring appropriate PPE.
