Prepare and submit daily field reports, engineering reports, and test summaries, including all supporting laboratory documentation, in a format acceptable to the CMAR and Owner.
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and accreditations to perform testing services for the Project.
Comply with all site-specific safety requirements and policies.
Schedule Requirements:
Base Bid services shall be completed on or before July 19, 2028, including all stipulated milestones.
Liquidated damages of $2,500 per day apply for failure to meet required completion dates or milestones.
