    Description

    This Work Package includes providing a full range of construction and building materials testing services for the Project, including both field and laboratory testing, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

    Key Scope Elements:

    • Furnish comprehensive materials testing services for earthwork, concrete, structural components, paving, and other construction activities as required by the Plans and Specifications.

    • Perform all testing in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide services on a unit price basis in accordance with the Proposal Bid Form; listed quantities are approximate and used only to establish the initial contract value.

    • Payment will be made only for actual services performed based on submitted unit prices.

    • Provide all required qualified staff, equipment, supplies, and laboratory facilities necessary to meet Project schedule and sequencing requirements.

    • Coordinate testing activities with the CMAR and all Work Package Contractors to support construction sequencing and minimize delays, including timely response to testing requests.

    • Prepare and submit daily field reports, engineering reports, and test summaries, including all supporting laboratory documentation, in a format acceptable to the CMAR and Owner.

    • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and accreditations to perform testing services for the Project.

    • Comply with all site-specific safety requirements and policies.

    Schedule Requirements:

    • Base Bid services shall be completed on or before July 19, 2028, including all stipulated milestones.

    • Liquidated damages of $2,500 per day apply for failure to meet required completion dates or milestones.
