    This project entails the full decommissioning of the northwest and southeast quadrants of the sidewalk pathway of the Piney Creek Trail that connects to the Concrete Box Culvert structure located beneath the intersection of E. Arapahoe Rd. and S. Liverpool St. The sidewalk pathways will be replaced with 12-inch Type M seeded soil rip rap. Signage and other project features will be implemented under this project to prevent and deter pedestrian access to the Piney Creek Trail through the Concrete Box Culvert. This work will promote the full-time usage of the existing permanent at-grade crossing trail at E. Arapahoe Rd. and S. Liverpool St. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
