Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONTRACT REPLACES 21-032 (EXPIRES 10/31/2025). ALL VENDORS UNDER CONTRACT 21-032 ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS NEW RFP. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL IMPACT YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THE DISTRICT. Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically.
