The scope of work for this contract includes furnishing and installing Micro-Surface Seal as per Project Specifications (UDOT Specifications) Section 02735, and furnishing and installing Pavement Markings as per Project Specifications (APWA 32 17 23). All required documents for the bidding process shall be directly submitted to Bonfire by 2:00 p.m. on March 20th, 2026.Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder, Ariel Andrus, at aandrus@sslc.gov after 9:00 a.m. on February 27th, 2026. There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. on March 20th, 2026. Sealed bids will be received based on local prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read by the OWNER at the City Council Chambers located on the second floor of 220 East Morris Avenue, South Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. A 5% Bid Security will be required. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
