    Belton Independent School District (BISD and/or DISTRICT) is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Pneumatic Control System Replacement. This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) is an approved procurement method in accordance with Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of Texas Government Code. We encourage proposers to read the entire RCSP prior to submitting a response. The owner will select the proposal that offers the "best value" for the District based on the selection criteria contained in making this determination. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary as allowed by law to serve in the best interest of the District and to waive all formalities.
