The exterior of this project includes demolition, asphalt saw-cutting, pavement patching, removal of thermoplastic, concrete curbing, pavement patching & repair, concrete sidewalks & patios, relocating light poles, new steps, railings & fencing, painting, ADA ramps, parking striping, concrete ramp, privacy fencing, landscaping irrigation and other miscellaneous landscaping features. Landscaping includes shrubs and trees of various sizes, accent plants, shrubs & groundcover, boulders, topsoil, and mulch. Exterior improvements may also include purchase and installation of two (2) pergolas, benches, and trash receptacles depending on availability of funds. Interior improvements include demolition of existing interior walls, ceilings, finishes and furniture and partial and selective demolition of existing conditions to facilitate the upgrades in the locker room area.
