Bidders shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their bids through the PlanetBids system. Bidders will not be able to submit their bids without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids portal. Bidders shall submit the Bid/Price Form as the Cost File. All addenda shall be acknowledged electronically through PlanetBids.
