The performance security shall be delivered by the Contractor to the City within ten (10) business days after the receipt of a Notice of Award. If a Contractor fails to deliver the required performance security, the award shall be rescinded, its bid security shall be enforced and award of the Contract may be made to the next lowest responsible bidder or the Contract may be rebid. The District reserves the right to waive any contract requirement, as necessary. All quantities listed are for bid purposes and are estimates only.
