Interested vendors must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) completed golf course greens renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity within the past five (5) years, including excavation, grading, drainage installation, and turf establishment. Vendors must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured to perform construction services in the State of Georgia. Vendors shall demonstrate experience installing subsurface drainage systems, including perforated piping and outfall connections, and must have the capability to perform precision grading to achieve proper surface drainage and playability standards. Vendors must also demonstrate experience with installation and establishment of golf course turfgrass systems, including hybrid bermudagrass varieties (e.g., TifEagle or equivalent). Vendors must have the personnel, equipment, and operational capacity to complete largescale greens reconstruction projects within specified timelines and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA safety standards.
