    The purpose of this Request for Prequalifications (RFQ) is to prequalify vendors in advance of the forthcoming Invitation for Bid (IFB) for pump and haul emergency services. Only vendors prequalified under this Request for Qualifications will be able to submit bids in response to the IFB.

     

    All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this RFQ by submitting an application consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
