The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units. Qualified contractors will be part of a selected pool of contractors, who will be provided an opportunity to compete for each project for a period of up to four years.
