    Description

    In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, monthly HVAC and Energy Management System (EMS) programming services to operate/troubleshoot existing HVAC control systems and support integration of older systems into a centralized front end. The programmer must have at least five years’ experience with the HVAC control system types located on the Presidio of Monterey (Johnson Controls, Inc. and LonMark). Monthly services are expected to be completed during an eight (8) hour visit, taking place once every month for a total of 12 services annually. Work will include troubleshooting HVAC system with older Johnson Controls Inc. brand equipment and newer LonMark certified devices, optimizing sequences, or scoping for Utility Monitoring & Control Systems Integration using existing (or contractor) interfaces. The work shall be located at the Presidio of Monterey.
