GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND THE WORKPLACE CERTIFICATION effective November 5, 2025 Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §139-M, all bidders on competitive state procurements are required to certify that they maintain a written policy addressing gender-based violence in the workplace.
