    Description

    The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Boilers & Ancillary Equipment for the facility, located at 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502. Award will lead to a five-year contract effective January 1, 2027. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 11:00am ET at the facility. Directions to the facility & site visit location are included in the IFB. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, June 8, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, June 16, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted.
