7.15.26 - OMH issues IFB: OMH01-C202959-3650390 The NYS Office of Mental Health and Kingsboro Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Chiller Systems & Ancillary Equipment, for their campus located at: 681 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203 The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used and returned to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10 AM ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, July 30, by 3 PM ET, per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to the NY CR ad, by August 6. Bids are due no later than 3 PM ET on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. The following Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB), Participation Goals are established for this contract: 16% MBE, 14%WBE, and 6% SDVOB goals.
