    The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center located at 2834 NY-17M, New Hampton, NY 10958. Instructions can be found at here. Vendors should use the service entrance road (Earl Cudney Way) and go straight back to the first building on the left, where there is a sign for the Plant Superintendent. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Intent to Bid form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than January 9, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET, and Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B-1 of the IFB) no later than January 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. ** As noted in the Contract Boilerplate Equipment List, Exhibit B, some equipment at the Mid-Hudson FPC main campus is currently maintained by the Facility Staff. This equipment will be covered under this Contract for Time & Material (T&M) Repairs and/or Supplemental Preventive Maintenance coverage upon Facility request. ** The Facility will provide ample notice to the Contractor if Supplemental Preventive Maintenance services are required to allow the Contractor sufficient time to schedule services. The Contractor should provide a Unit Cost Price for the Supplemental Preventive Maintenance tasks for the noted equipment for each contract year in the event that preventive maintenance services are requested by the Facility Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by January 21, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on January 28, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
