    Description

    SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) Primrose Ph II: Flagpole Furnishing and Installation Project 1. Project Overview The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install three (3) aluminum flagpole systems, associated lighting, and flags at the PrimRose Park project site in Fulshear, Texas. 2. Scope of Services 2.1 Flagpole Furnishing Provide and deliver the following: Three (3) aluminum flagpoles Size: 50 ft height, 10 in base diameter, 3-piece construction Finish: Satin aluminum Configuration: Internal halyard system with winch 2.2 Installation Services The Contractor shall: Install three (3) aluminum flagpoles complete and operational Provide all necessary anchorage, foundations, and assembly Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and plumb installation Perform installation during normal working hours 2.3 Lighting System Provide and install: Three (3) solar-powered flagpole lighting units Type: Large disk solar light (Magnum or equivalent) Mounting and positioning to ensure full illumination of flags 2.4 Flags Provide the following flags: One (1) United States flag (10’ x 15’, nylon, sewn) One (1) Texas State flag (10’ x 15’, nylon, sewn) One (1) Custom flag (10’ x 15’, nylon, printed) 3. Contractor Responsibilities The Contractor shall: Coordinate delivery and installation with the Owner Provide all tools, equipment, and labor required for installation Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards Protect existing site conditions during installation Repair any damage caused by Contractor operations 4. Owner Responsibilities The Owner (City or representative) shall: Identify and mark installation locations Provide notification of underground and overhead utilities Obtain any required permits or approvals, unless otherwise specified Ensure site access is available for installation (Per quote terms, utility identification and site readiness are Owner responsibilities ) 5. Schedule Work shall commence upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Installation schedule shall be coordinated between Owner and Contractor All work shall be substantially complete within an agreed timeframe after material delivery 7. Warranty Contractor shall provide a minimum 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from date of installation 8. Exclusions Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded: Major site work, grading, or utility relocation Permit fees or jurisdictional costs Work outside normal business hours Repairs to unmarked underground utilities 9. Acceptance All work shall be inspected by the Owner upon completion. Acceptance will be granted upon confirmation that installation meets project requirements. 11.
