    NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the CERES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, herein referred to as "District," through the Public Purchase website, until 4:30 p.m., April 8, 2026, for furnishing all labor, material, transportation, equipment and services necessary for the PRINT & COPY SERVICES PAPER BID in accordance with the specifications and working details, and other contract documents, all of which may be examined and copies obtained at the Business Office of the District located at 2503 Lawrence Street, Ceres, CA 95307 or by calling Anna-Maria Trimboli at (209) 556-1500, ext. 1340 or emailing atrimboli@ceres.k12.ca.us. This Print & Copy Services Paper Bid is issued by the Board of Trustees. Bids must be from an appropriately licensed vendor and must be sealed. Bids shall be made upon the forms provided by the District and shall be properly completed with all items filled out; numbers for the total amount being bid shall be in writing and figures as indicated on the Bid Certification; the signatures of all persons signing shall be in longhand. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for the opening of bids and the Board of Trustees (“Board”) will act to accept or reject bids within that period of time. For purchase orders issued by July 1, 2026 the successful bidder(s) will be required to deliver the goods and the invoice no later than August 1, 2026.
