The Department of Administration requests proposals to provide printing services for the Office of Higher Education (OHE), including printed publications, brochures and related printed materials. Orders will be placed by OHE on an as-needed basis and the order quantities may vary. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from August, 2026 through July, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions is May 27, 2026 at 3:00PM, Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Molly Gunderson at molly.gunderson@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
