The College seeks qualified vendors capable of providing a wide range of printing services to support the College’s operational, academic, marketing, and student communication needs.
The selected vendor(s) should demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality printed materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, while aligning with the service expectations and specifications outlined in this RFP. Vendors should describe and demonstrate their ability to meet the scope of services, including production capabilities, turnaround times, delivery options, and customer service support.
The term of this contract may be awarded for a period of three (3) years with the district having an option of additional consecutive one (1) year extensions up to a maximum of five (5) years total contract length (including extensions) upon. An award is no guarantee of work.
