The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for all production-related services required to support the complete publishing process, including but not limited to: prepress preparation; proof creation; color review and approval workflows; cover wrap design preparation, printing, finishing, and application; paper procurement; printing; binding; labeling; packaging; mailing; shipping of finished product; and supplemental mailing services. Known as State contract release number P-706. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor(s) will be responsible for all production-related services required to support the complete publishing process, including but not limited to: paper buying, prepress preparation; proof creation; color review and approval workflows; cover wrap design preparation, printing, finishing, and application; paper procurement; printing; binding; labeling; packaging; mailing; shipping of finished product; and supplemental mailing services. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year $400,000.00 - $460,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Questions must be submitted in writing to cassandra.m.jensen@state.mn.us by 3:00 PM Central Time, May 1, 2026. All questions received by the due date and time will be responded to via an addendum. OPTIONAL VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place on April 29, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Central Time.
