PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Town of Farmville, Virginia (Owner), is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, to provide airport planning and professional engineering services relating to the Farmville Regional Airport.  The Owner reserves the right to award multiple contracts to the most qualified Offeror(s) as a result of this solicitation. All proposals shall comply with the most current U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular. Offerors are advised that it is the intent of the Owner to submit requests for federal and state (Virginia) funding grants for eligible work associated with the planning, design, construction, environmental assessments, development and construction projects, and improvement programs where applicable. Offerors must certify compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements to which the Owner is obligated as a result of receiving federal and state funding assistance. The selected Offeror(s) will coordinate the services to be provided through the Town Manager, or designee, and other agencies as may be directed
