Professional Auditing Services - Request for Qualifications

The City of White House, TN (City), is seeking bids (qualifications and cost proposals) from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the City of White House’s financial statements for the current fiscal year and each of the three subsequent fiscal years.

In addition to the formal proposal for auditing services, the City is soliciting less formal proposals for:

• professional accounting services related to the year-end conversion of cash to accrual and modified accrual basis of accounting,
• the development of some general ledger to sub-ledger reconciliations
• performing the state chart of accounts cross-walk conversion
• performing any necessary Single Audits as needed

Firms may submit proposals for one or any of these items and will be evaluated separately for each item.
