One (1) electronic PDF and five (5) hard copies of the SOQ must be submitted by the deadline indicated in the RFQ document to: City of Hiram, Attn: Jackie Pryor, Finance Manager, 217 Main St., Hiram, GA 30141, or via email to jpryor@hiram-ga.gov. Late submissions will not be considered. The City of Hiram reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, and negotiate with the most qualified firm.
