    Description

The City of Roseville (City) seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms for professional engineering design and engineering services during construction for this project. The design project entails potholing and mapping existing infrastructure in the project area, conducting a condition assessment of a 12" water main, cost estimating and scaling the project to available construction funds, advancing design to the 60% level for the City to competively bid a design-assist format construction project, finalizing design with contractor input, and providing engineering services during construction as further detailed in this Request for Proposals. The project is presently scoped to include design of approximately 18,500 lineal feet of either 8" or 12" diameter water mains, most of which also includes abandonment of existing, smaller diameter mains, in a neighborhood established more than 50 years ago.
