This project proposes the construction of a 10¿-wide multi-use trail along the east side of SR 141/Medlock Bridge Road from the south end of the Chattahoochee River bridge to Bobby Jones Drive. A separate segment is to be constructed between Bobby Jones Drive and State Bridge Road, this segment will complete a continuous trail network along SR 141 through Fulton County (and the City of Johns Creek), spanning from the Chattahoochee River (Gwinnett County) to McGinnis Ferry Road (Forsyth County). In addition, this trail network would provide access to the Medlock Bridge Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.
