    Description

    The City of Houston (“City”) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Services that will align with the requirements outlined in this Technical Advisor for Surface Water Treatment Plants RFQ for the Houston Public Works Department (HPW). This project consists of providing professional engineering services for on-call engineering support to address the immediate needs of repair and/or replacement of infrastructure and overall technical support required to improve facility performance at the three Surface Water Treatment Plants (EWPP, NEWPP, SEWPP). The purpose of this procurement is to identify a firm capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely services that align with the City’s objectives. The City invites each Respondent to submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
