    REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR FLOOD MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (26-0037) San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting qualifications based responses to contract with Professional Engineering Consultant(s) (“Consultant”), which must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity registered to do business in the State of Texas with considerable experience in providing studies, modeling, grant application/management, and other services in support of flood mitigation projects and efforts. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits information that will enable SJRA to shortlist qualified firms for flood management support services. SJRA intends to shortlist up to two (2) firms as a result of this RFQ but reserves the right to shortlist a greater or lesser number of firms if deemed to be in its best interest. The top-ranked qualified firm will receive projects with an estimated expense exceeding $25,000. All firms (including top-ranked firm) within the shortlist will be eligible for projects under $25,000, with awards based on the firm deemed most qualified for the specific project.
