The City is interested in contracting with a firm that shall provide turnkey services including day-to-day operations and management, logistics, and technology platform(s) needed to successfully operate The M for services including:
1) Fixed route services,
2) Paratransit services, and
3) Microtransit (ride-share) services
The City seeks to partner with an innovative firm that will make recommendations for service improvement, including the use of technology to improve cost efficiency per passenger, increase ridership, and improve the customer experience.
