The existing HVAC units will need to remain operationaluntil they are ready for the changeover. This work will need to be phased andcoordinated with the facility as these buildings will be occupied during theconstruction period.For complete Project information, refer to Attachments H-1,Project Drawings, and H-2, Project Manual, to the Exhibit C,Draft General Construction Services Contract. Project Estimate: The approximate cost for constructionof the Project is $750,000.00 Mandatory Pre-Proposal Webinar and Optional JobsiteVisit HHSC will conduct two mandatory pre-proposal webinars that will be held atthe dates and times listed on the RFP Attendance at one (1) pre-proposalwebinar is mandatory. Failure to attendwill result in the disqualification of a Respondent. Proposals received fromRespondents not listed on the attendance log will not be considered. PotentialRespondents must be prepared to attend one of the scheduled webinars,additional webinars will not be offered.
