    Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D), seeks to engage a consultant (the “Consultant” or “PMC”) to provide Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) Services for the design and construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility upgrades at three (3) subway stations in the Borough of Manhattan. Consultant shall provide Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) services to manage the design and construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility upgrades, escalator replacements, state of good repair (“SOGR”) improvements, and track replacement work at three (3) subway stations (the “Stations”) in New York City (the “Projects”), on behalf of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”). The Projects include the installation of ADA-compliant elevators and related accessibility improvements, existing escalator replacement, and SOGR improvements at the following Stations: 1) 2nd Avenue Station - 6th Avenue Line; 2) 7th Avenue Station - Queens Boulevard Line & 3) Morrison Avenue-Soundview Station - Pelham Line.
