INVITATION FOR BIDS Bid #26-145 Promotional Items, Graphic Design, Digitized Logos and Digital Printing Due December 11th2025 On or before 2:00 p.m., PST King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is a purchasing cooperative owned by the school districts of Washington State and is located in Kent, Washington. KCDA’s membership is made up of, but not restricted to, public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions and other public agencies primarily located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. Representing over 1 million students and over 5,000 ship to locations, KCDA purchases approximately $190 million worth of products, equipment and services on behalf of the membership. The KCDA Purchasing Cooperative (hereinafter “KCDA”) requests bids from manufacturers and/or dealers who can offer Promotional Items, Graphic Design, Digitized Logos and Digital Printing to its member agencies. Total estimated value of this contract is approximately $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually. Each response is to be filed in a separate envelope and marked with the appropriate IFB number, name, day and time of opening. All bids must be at KCDA's office on or before the time shown above or they will not be accepted nor considered. Responses sent via email, faxed, or "postage due" will not be accepted. Responses sent via Federal Express, Express Mail or other overnight delivery services must be sent to: KCDA, 18639 80th Ave S, Kent WA 98032 and clearly marked with the IFB number and name, Attn: Purchasing Department. KCDA assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the U.S. Post Office or any other delivery service. Postmarking by the due date will not substitute for actual receipt of response by the date due. Proposals arriving after the deadline may be returned unopened to the vendor, or may simply be declared non-responsive and not subject to evaluation, at the sole determination of KCDA.
